I completed my application on march 9. I checked my status last friday march 30 and it indicates that a decision email was sent on march 29, but I didn't receive it, so I am waiting for them to have it resent. So I don't know yet if I was accepted or not :(

I gor an admit in GWU over a month ago, but I have also got an offer from USC and hence I am confused between the 2, any suggestions? I am aware that USC is ranked higher than GWU

I got accepted into GWU last in January, but Im not sure whether I will be accepting. I also got into Duke and Vanderbilt and to be honest the admissions committee at GWU has not been doing a very good job in comparison to Vanderbilt. Whenever I've asked them specific questions about the program all I got was a general response probably directed to everyone. Pretty disappointing.

Hey,

I didn't mean to worry you! but personally, GW did not make a good impression on me.

Sure thing, I asked them about:

-Their GW-Oxford Human rights programme and whether LLM students were entitled to apply.
-Whether GW offers the BARBRI course for its foreign students.
-Whether GW takes part in public interest recruitment fairs.

All I got was a general email about housing and life in DC. Not really what I specifically wanted to know two weeks before the deadline to decide.

I have a choice among GWU, Vandy and USC if I go by ranking I know Vandy is it, but Nashville is the reason I am skeprical. I am confused between GWU and USC, any suggestions.
I want to pursue business law

I know that Vandy has an excellent business law rep, if you'd ask me I think you'll probably benefit from the small class size at Vandy with only 30 LLM students in comparison to the 400 students accepted at GWU. On the other hand DC would be great for networking, although its probably not going to help that GW will be under the shadow of Georgetown and its a pretty expensive city.

Hey,
was rejected at GWU.
received mail today at early hours..
Application was completed on 28th Feb.
Decision mail received on 7th April.
I didn't expect mail from Univ. during Saturdays and Sundays.
So guys keep checking your mails even on Weekends.
All the best for others who haven't received mails yet.
