You chances do not solely depend on GPA, but on a lot of other factors, such as Toefl score, working experience, your personal statement etc. Oh, it also depends on your ranking at your school, if available, coz some schools tend to give their students high grades but some not. For your reference, I personally do not have a high GPA, around 3.2, and I've got Chicago so far and am waiting for others.
