Hello all:
I have been Solo practitioner for 10 years, in the areas of pesonal injury, family law and criminal defense. I hung up my "shingle" from day one. I did not go to a top tier law school, but i am interested in getting an LLM, because I am interested in teaching at some point.
Does anyone know how the admission board, will look at my mostly unconventional carrier ?
Any chance at the top schools? please advise.

Is your career really that unconventional? I thought a lot of people did that. Maybe just my friends.
I don't know how they'd look at that, but I suggest some other activities related to teaching. Is there a law school near you where you could adjunct a writing class, and eventually try to adjunct something else in your field?
