Georgetown-Foundation Course

Any one can give me some insights on the foundation course before the LLM course starts in Aug? Is it valuable to make it?

It will cost around 3700 (including living cost for 1 month)...

I will not be taking the Foundation course cuz its indeed quite expensive to me.

I am wondering how to wire transfer the deposit. I have emailed GULC for the Wire Trasfer Instructions for a couple of days but heard nothing so far.

Also, does anyone know if an orginal copy of the Enrollment Response Form should be received by them or if a copy of such sent through fascimile or email as a PDF attachment will do?

Please shed me some light as the deadline is today. Thanks a lot!

Hi!
maybe you should try to call them, I had emailed them a couple a weeks ago for the wire transfer instructions and they answered the same day.
for the enrollment response form, I think you can send it thru fax today, at least to let them know that you're enrolling, so they wont consider you turned down their offer, and then send it via regular mail.
To make sure your spot is reserved, i would, if i were you, fax both the enrollment form and the proof from your bank that the wire transfer has been made.
good luck!

If they're being slow and you need the wire info now, PM me. I'll forward the attachment file I received from them. Any bank in the world should be able to transfer the funds with that info, albeit for a hefty fee (mine charges 33 no matter the amount).

I've emailed the wire transfer info. But I've also just realized it's a simple word document that can be edited out with anyone's bank account number.

If you want to be 100% sure call Georgetown admission office directly (see http://www.law.georgetown.edu/admissions/ContactUs.htm) and ask them to email it. That's what happened when I called them: Dillon McGrew answered and sent the file while I was still talking to him.

So anyone else reading this, be extra careful if someone sends you wire info claiming it's the bank account of the university.
