Is it real that georgetown does not reject anyone apply to EA and just postpone thier decision?

I applied on Nov 14. lsac screwed up my docs so my application was not completed until Nov 30. Got the congratulations email on Dec. 12 and today I received the printed letter by fed ex.

Do they include a personal note at the bottom of every letter?

I am still waiting for Duke, UT and UPenn to reply.

Yes they do! It gives a nice touch to it.

My admission letter also came with a personal note!

Hey congrats to all those who got accepted under the ER! Im applying under the normal cycle and when starting the personal statement for georgetown I realized that there is no prescribed word limit..this seems a bit strange cause all other law schools have some sort of a limit to their personal statement. So am I missing something here or is there really no word limit to Georgetowns personal statement? Hope one of you can just clarify this..thanks so much!

Hi guys, has anyone gotten a scholarship offer yet? I was admitted last november, however I was hoping they would send the offers in January- February.

Re-review of admitted applicants for scholarships hasn't started yet but will do so in the next couple of weeks according to admissions office.

If anyone hears from Georgetown in relation to scholarships please let us know!!

I was notified about a partial scholarship last week.

Do you mind telling us what % the scholarship covers? I want to get an idea of what kind of aid Georgetown gives since I already got good offers from other two schools.

On scholarship, I received this email from the Admissions Office today:

"The Scholarship Committee is beginning to review applications for scholarship awards. Your application is being considered along with the rest of our international admitted students. They are working to issue awards as soon as possible, and hope to have most awards issued before the first deposit deadline."

Hey everyone, I applied in Feb, and its been more than a month and my status hasnt changed till now from Application Completed. I have even sent them a request to expedite as I have received a decision from another university, but they havnt replied at all.

I am starting to worry as I was expecting atleast a reply acknowledging my email or something from their side. Is anyone facing similar problems ? Is their any other way I should contact them ?

I requested GL to transfer me to the Tax program. What do you guys think ? What are the chances of it happening ?
