From what I can tell, they review groups of applications on Thursdays and Fridays in the order in which the applications were "Application Complete." Last week, they seemed to be Reviewing applications from Late Nov through the first week in Dec. My guess is that today and tomorrow, they will be Reviewing applications that were "Application Complete" for 2nd and 3rd week in December.
My application was "Application Complete" on Jan 7, 2013. I don't expect to go "Under Review" until next Thursday or the week after that.
I made the Early Action deadline for domestic studens (deadline was Jan 7, 2013). They promise that Early Action decisions for domestic students will be made by Feb 4th at the latest.
Don't know if that answers your question. It seems that it will be a few weeks before you switch to "Under Review." I'll post when my app becomes "Under Review."

I just got reply that I am wait listed. I don't know the procedure after this. They said the reply can upto as late S August.

I hope you don't have to wait that long. They review them and make decisions on a rolling basis. So, as people let us know when they receive decisions (usually on Fridays) we can figure out when they went to Application Completed. That will tell us what batch of apps are being reviewed by GULC. I think they are on the 3rd or 4th week of Dec.
I went App Completed on Jan 7th and I expect to go Under Review next Friday Jan 25 or the following Friday Feb 1. I am anxious to hear also; but I think 30 days is a good turnaround.
You may be on the same schedule as me. Good luck.

Don't get her hopes up. It means nothing. If you go back and read the thread most people report the emails. A few foregin students apparently didn't get. But you'll see most go out BEFORE the app is complete and under review. Mine went out before Georgetown got my transcript and completed.
And it was another month before it went under review and I was accepted. It means nothing except when they can Georgetown sends thank you email. Maybe if they come electronically from LSAC that's the differential on why some get sent and others don't. Of perhaps its the particular LLM program. But there is no established correlation. You got in... No thank you's , I got in thank you's.
