I am a 24 year-old Mexican and I applied for a Fulbright scholarship in order to study an LLM in the U.S. in 2016-2017. I have a 3.72 GPA, graduated second of my class, 108 TOEFL IBT, I will have fours years of working experience by the time I start my LLM (1 and a half years in a top Mexican firm as an intern and 2 and a half years in a publicly traded Mexican company), and I have never published a paper.

I have been selected for the Skype interview phase and I have the following questions:

1) Roughly what percentage of applicants advance to the interview phase?

2) How much does it hurt my chances if Fulbright's website in Mexico states that preference will be given to Big Data, I.T., Engineering applicants?

3) Overall, what do you think are my chances of getting a Fulbright scholarship?

Note: This is not a research scholarship, but purely for masters degrees.
Thank you for your answers.
