Hi William. I´m from Dominican Republic. I´m still working on my documents, and it worries me the election of the college... From the information I´ve gathered here, the fulbright negotiates with the universities in orden to obtain from them a full scholarship. Nevertheless, some Universities do not give full scholarships, and if you wish to atend there, you have to pay the difference... By the way, how many scholarships do the give in France? Here, the normally give between 10 and 16...

From France... I'm not really waiting on it because if I don't sort out my finances asap and I don't get the scholarship, I might well spend the year counting the rain drops and wait for 2007/

I guess that if you don´t get the scholarship you´d be in trouble. But if you get, I suppose that your finances will work just fine... It´s a very complete scholarship, in fact, the most complete that we can apply to from Dominican Republic... Covers pretty much everything. I´m not sure if u have other options in France... But do u have a strong background? I guess the competition in France must be tough...
