FPLC or MIPLC?

MarioC

I have received letters of admission from Franklin Pierce Law Center (FPLC), USA, and Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), Germany, to attend a Master program in Intellectual Property. Im not sure about the best option between these two institutions. My background is Engineering and I will not prosecute in the US. Any comment will be welcomed.
Thanks,
Mario

If u are not interested in any state bar in the US, your better choice should be Munich. Germany is one of the most important countries on engineering, particularly, electrical engineering. Also take into account your budget, expensenses in one or another, your work oportunities in one or another after completing the master program, and other things u think are important for u. Make a T table with pros and cons in each one.

No offense intended, but forget about Germany. MPI might be a good institution, but as far as IP is concerned the US is simply 20 years ago. Sorry for being so conclusive, I do come from Europe, but I think ours is really the old continent. A lot of very interesting theories, but totally detached from the real world. Go to the US and open your mind.
