Congrats on your offers! Both Universities are excellent so you can be really proud of yourself.
I would say reputation wise GULC might be a bit better, but then again there are many other factors you should take into consideration, such as geographic location, certain specialization possibilities, future career... For instance, if you are aiming for a career in the south, I would go for Duke. I hope you will take the best decision for yoU:) good luck
