I've been accepted to the Berkeley academic LLM(2013-2014).I deferred my enrollment for one year. Meanwhile I want to see what I can do regarding the expenses. Most probably my own resources will not suffice to pay for the tuition and living expenses and as I know there is only a faint chance of getting $15000 Berkeley scholarship. Any suggestion?

If you haven't been granted the funding at first attempt its unlikely you will get in next year especially with a new pool of applicants!

Financing an LLM, as you know, is a nightmare if you don't have your resources but maybe a loan will help.

Getting loan is the best choice for you.

Hi, yes it covers fraction of the cost. For financial aid you can apply for both, scholership and Federal student loan.

Yes I am. I think you are persian too. Congratulation you got admission from Berkeley. There are so few iranian applicants for LLM program in US. I hope your problem will be resolved , and you can go to Berkeley next year.
