I heard that these two institutions provinding lots of opportunities in financai aids for foregin students.
Does anyone know the specific information about it?
Besides, is full scholarship for UPenn or half tuition scholarship for virginia possible?

I'm not sure about U Penn, but UVA did grant me a scholarship with their admissions offer. It's about 1/3 of tuition, which I think is probably about average (since I remember reading on their homepage that they'll only award less than half of the tuition fees).

AT UVA it's about $33,000. In Cornell, it's $45,000. So I guess the average cost at one of the top law schools is around $40,000.
