Hey guys, I got a fellowship decision letter this morning. A bit confused, it's an email from financial aid officer with a attached excel. In the excel it indicated my financial aid is an amount covering all expenses, but it seems it's a loan...("NU GPAL Loan")
I didn't apply for any loan sepcifically, can anybody give some inputs? I would be beyond happy if this is a real free financial aid!!!! but feel I couldn't believe it..

If you are referring to the NU Graduate Plus loan then its financial aid with 8.5% interest rate.
