What do you guys think is the best regarding obtaining an LLM degree in Commercial Law/Banking Law/ Capital Markets? European Universities (Continental) or American Universities? I tend to believe that the American ones are better, as far as the programs, ranks and the developments of the common law in such fields of law. I also believe that and American University (as Chichato, NYU and Duke) are better for improving my CV. What are your thoughts about that?
