Erasmus in England, mention it in application (grades pb)

Hi everybody,
I am a French student and I would like to apply to a LLM in business law in the USA: Berkeley, NYU, UCLA, USC or Cornell University and USD.
I have studied law for 4 years. I have done the first 3 years in France at the end of which I got a Licence en droit. However I have done the 4th year at the University of Exeter in England through the Erasmus exchange program. So I have now a Maîtrise en droit.
As in Erasmus you are still enrolled at your home University, my grades and my Maîtrise diploma have been issued by my University in France. Thus, my English grades have been translated into the French equivalent.
My French grades are higher than my English grades. For example, the equivalent of a 60% that I got in England is a 14/20 in France.
As it doesnt appear on my transcript that I did the 4th year in England Im wondering if I have to mention it on my LLM application considering the fact that my English grades are not fabulous: 60% in Intellectual property, 60% in Commercial law, 60% in European Union Law, and 65% in Corporate law. (French equivalent: 14/20, 14/20, 14/20, 15/20).
I called NYU and Berkeley, and they told me that if I mention it they cant certify they will be satisfied with the French equivalent grades. If necessary, I might be asked to give my English grades which are not really good.
Even if it can be positive in some way: I have travelled, Im open minded, I can speak English (anyway I have a good TOEFL score: 102/120 ibt), dont you think it could be a real disadvantage?
