How useful is an LLM (from a top school) in securing a teaching position, either at a law school or undergraduate?

Im from puerto rico and im currently an adjunct professor at the upr law school. There, if you want to be even considered for tenure track, you need a llm. Thats why im going to get mine at hls starting september. More over, new professors at my law school are told that llm is enough to get ito the door but that during the tenure track, you probably need to get a sjd
