Hey guys!

The minimum requirement for Duke is TOEFL ibt 100 or IELST 7.5, I got TOEFL ibt of 95 and IELTS of 7.0. They both are below the minimum requirement, somehow I want to give it a shot. Which one should I use better?

It doesn't matter really, whatever you use, they will not consider you, because you failed to meet their criteria.This probably means that the application will not even be considered.

You should consider taking the test again.
