I would like to know the procedure for acquiring an English language test waiver. I'd mailed CLS around an year back regarding the same, outlining how my first degree was taught entirely in English, that I'd cleared the bar council mandated compulsory English test in my home country (India) and that both the facts were mentioned on my transcript. In response, I was informed that I would be automatically granted a waiver.
But is there a way to be certain about such a waiver. Or am I to mail each university and keep their response mail as a proof?
