The university that had offered me admission requires me to be present in US by October. As far as I understand, the most feasible step I can take is to ask the US embassies for an emergency appointment.(the US doe snot have any embassy in Iran)

First of all, I would like to ask if anyone can help me that how can I ask for emergency appointment better, in way that the embassy accepts my request.

Secondly, regarding the fact that USA does not have any embassy in Iran and that I have English proficiency in a sufficient scale to present my case without need to Persian speaking officials, do you know whether: 1. I can ask ANY US embassy for such an appointment. 2. I can ask for the appointment from more than one US embassy so that one may have a sooner time for appointment.
