Does applying on an Early Deadline actually improve your chances of admission or is it really only a way of getting a quicker response to your application? I want to submit my application to Penn today but the Early Deadline was two days ago, are my chances really less now?

At Upenn applications are accepted at any time and are considered on a rolling basis. So if you apply earlier this will improve your chances though I cannot imagine that 2 days will make a huge difference.
