Recently i just got admitted to Duke Law and UVA Law LLM Program.

A bit of my background, i am working for a law firm which specialises in Banking Finance, M&A, Capital Market, Capital Market. as well as Commercial Dispute Resolution.

So, which University will be the best choice for me?

Further, i am still waiting for Northwestern and Georgetown admission decision.

I would prefer Duke, since the finance law there is amazing. UVA is also excellent, but it is more of the public sector since close to DC? (not sure)

Maybe you could just check the curriculum and faculty.. then will know.
