You know how bad the economy is when this program is actually included as one of the options by career services as something we can apply for after our LLM.

I have been admitted to this program and I'm pretty excited about it. The faculty has an oustanding reputation and the program is on the leading edge. It's not for everyone, but it suits my plans perfectly. Is there anyone else out there who has been admitted? Would love to compare notes...

I'll be attending. I'm very excited. I think this is going to be an extremely valuable experience...

Any idea how many of us there are? I know they were looking to have around 20-30 in the inaugural class. Perhaps we'll have some more responses to my post.

Last thing I heard was 15 - 20 (fewer the better in my opinion). When are you moving to Durham and from where?

Agree, the fewer the better. It will provide for a much more intimate setting for faculty and student alike. The slightly late notice of admission is proving tricky and has complicated the moving situation, so it unclear exactly when I will be there.

You two are both going to this program this fall? I have been admitted and am still making my decision. What are your backgrounds and what are you looking to get out of the program? Would be happy to exchange email addresses and continue this conversation. I do think it could be a great opportunity.

I have also been admitted to Duke's Entrepreneurship LLM and have decided to attend this fall. It's a very exciting opportunity and I look forward to it.

Any new info from students who are enrolled in the program? I'm trying to get an idea if this is something I should entertain rather than doing an MBA cohort. This seems a lot more applicable for people who are looking to complement a career in wealth structuring for clients who have complex business needs.
