Hi all!

I am a prospective LL.M. student at Duke for the academic year 2009/10. Thus I have the following question:

How hard is it to get a nice apartment (e.g. Belmont). Should I try to get a lease contract as soon as possible?

I might be going to Durham already in the beginning of July and would like to see the place I live in before moving there. Does anybody know if I would risk getting a good place when waiting so long?
