Hello,
Curently student in France i'm looking for a LLM in the US.
Does someone have a list with the differents deadline for the US school of law ?
I'm completely lost in my search, is there any difference between the "general level" of a law school and the level of the LLM provide in this law school ?
In the opposite i would like to know which LLM are recommanded !
Thanks for all, i need your help !

Hi a8charly,
I do not think you can find any structured list of appl deadlines for law schools unless you create one for yourself. Each school has its own policy in terms of deadlines and required paperwork, not to mention the early review programs and financial aid appl deadlines. From my own experience, CLS has a deadline around the beginning of Dec 1st and the same is true for NYU. Cornell has a deadline in Febr 1st but if you want to be considered for a financial aid, it would be Jan 10th.
Also I think that for top IVY Leaque schools, their "general law school" ranking is pretty similar with the one for an LLM. However, it varies a little bit on the field of law you want to study there. For instance, despite the huge reputation of Harward, international law is ranked better at NYU and CLS (though, not sure how reliable this info is). Besides, as far as I know, there is no ranking provided based on the schools LLM reputation, so you basically make your decision based on their general reputation and I am sure you wont go wrong.
Hope this helps a little bit,
