Can you recommend US universities that have the best corporate law and/or corporate governance LL.M. programs for international students?

Thank you, Spikesf. Since I am at the very beginning of the process, every piece of information is helpful.

UVA has an imo great program. Professors teaching corporate subjects are very good and they have a great Law&Business program. Basically some corporate law courses have an L&B variant, where the emphasis is put a bit more on the business decisions to be made.
I am currently taking Corporations (L&B) and it is really a great course!
