Cornell vs Virginia (+10k) vs NYU

Please help me to make the correct choice. I was admitted to all three schools, it's time to pick up the only one.

Cornell LLM is the most expensive and I don't know how much it will take them to decide on finaid, while the deposit must be paid now. On the other hand it's the only ivy league schools in my list

NYU is great school, I have no doubt, but they have already rejected any finaid, besides, I will take kids with me and NY doesn't seem the right place for them.

UVA looks like a compromise (small town, the cheapest one) but I can not figure smth special about this University, except it's cheaper than other schools.
Any opinions?

Thanks in advance

I would appreciate any opinion too, as I have been admitted to NYU, GWU and UVA (+10K).
Regarding UVA, consider it´s a top ten university (it´s just behind NYU) and Charlotesville is an amazing (and yes, not so expensive) place to live. Class is smaller which also has benefits.
I would say that I don´t see anything special at Cornell (besides it´s ivy league) because it´s not a top ten law school these days).
