Has anyone applied for a Human Right Fellowship at CLS and does anyone know the requirements?
I have been a Legal Consultant for the UN for the past five years in Human Rights and International Law. I've applied to the LL.M. in order to strenghten my academic background but I did not have wonderful grades at the university. I also applied to HLS and I just got my TOEFL IBt results (116/120)
Does anyone know if that will be enough to be considered for the LL.M.
Thanks for your answers, I am a little worried...

Hello Lucie,
I have applied to the HRF. You have an awesome background that would certainly fit what Columbia wants; although your grades are definitively a concern. You have to give it a try.
For more information and requirements for the HRF you should check Columbia's website. They explain in details what they need. But, just one question: you have applied to Columbia this year but not the the Fellowship?
Cheers!

Hello Mariemboston
I did give it a try. We'll see. I sent my application a month ago. I shall wait. To answer your question, I did apply for the LLM and the Fellowship at the same time as required.
I checked on the website, and I was eligible for the fellowship. I'm wondering about the criteria applied for the attribution of the fellowship.
Thanks for your answer. Did you apply to CLS too?
