Did anyone tried to pay the first deposit (at the Enrollment Decision page)?
It gives me the following error: "No deposit amount has been entered for this applicant".
Looks familiar anyone?
Thanks!

It seems that several candidates for the regular deadline received this email today:
In the Office of Graduate Legal Studies, we have begun reviewing your applications (some of you have already heard good news from us!) and are enjoying learning more about you and thinking ahead to the next group of accomplished LL.M.s to arrive at Columbia later this summer. We review applications on a rolling basis, which means if you have not yet received a decision from us, you could hear any time between now and the end of April (and we review applications completely at random the date on which you submitted your application has no bearing on when you will receive a decision from us). We will send all decisions by email from gls@law.columbia.edu, so be sure your email spam filter does not block this address.
So, they have started reviewing the apps. Again best of lucks guys.
Oh, is there anyone here that applied for Michigan too?

Oxbridge, I applied for the regular track but I still haven't received a decision. I just received this e-mail and wondered if everyone also received it.
I guess they are informing the early track decisions now.

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that as of today my status appears as "Your Application is Complete" and I applied this past January 5, 2015, in case anyone is wondering how long it takes them to set your application as complete... Good luck to you all!

Hi all. Submitted my regular track app November 2014. Application is marked as complete on the school's website. Just wanted to wait for decisions with you all. Thanks for starting the discussion.

Hello all,
I was wondering whether someone has information regrading the Apple Fellowship offered by Columbia LL.M? Do you know how many students in average are accepted each year? When decisions are made and notified (together with, or after notification re acceptance to the program)? Whether scholarship is offered based on merit, need, scholarship agenda proposed by a candidate, or based on a combination of these factors?
Thank you and good luck to us all.

From the website extracted below, I assume that the Appel Fellowship is awarded to just one candidate from across both LL.M and J.S.D. programs:
" The Appel Fellowship awards an annual prize, up to full tuition for one academic year, to a candidate for the LL.M. or J.S.D. degree who intends to focus his or her research at Columbia Law School on regulatory or policy issues emerging from the trans-boundary operations of multinational or transnational enterprises"
Again, from the website, the suggestion is that the award is made on the strength of your application in combination with an applicant's two page proposal:
"To apply for the Appel Fellowship, submit a complete application for admission to the LL.M. program and a separate two-page essay describing your background, interest in this area of law, and the research you would undertake at the Law School if you are awarded the fellowship."
Columbia reviews applications on a rolling and randomised basis. I am uncertain as to whether a scholarship offer would be made at the same time as the offer to admit but likely the admissions office would clarify this point.

Congratulations everyone who got an offer!
The impression that there are a lot of Brazilian applicants seems to be true. I am also from Brazil and applying (regular track).
@bpg in fact, i also went to FGV, fellow alum. Congrats on your offer. When did you graduate?

Hello everyone!
Does anyone know approximately when the results for the regular cycle will be released?
Thanks
Last year, they sent out a few offers in February. Rest of the offers were made in March.
Goodluck!
