Well, they require confirmation by the April 1, so I would guess that they will send the second round of offers after that.

Yes, I have to say, from all the USA law schools I applied to, UChicago has the most "human" approach to applications and decisions - they announce when the decisions will be, they send them out at the same time, and they are among the first to do it. This sounds like administrative details but is a life-saver. Kudos.

I couldn't agree more. I have been gushing about Chicago to my friends for some time now, and exactly for those reasons:).

No, not yet. I know I need to make the decision soon, but I am still waiting for a decision on my financial aid application from both Chicago and NYU and for the admitted/rejected decision from Columbia. You?

Exactly the same, plus waiting on financial aid results from Michigan.

My choice will severely depend on cost and potential aid :l ; but that said, Chicago is a very tempting option.

Fingers crossed for all of us :)

Same here.. Haven't heard on financial aid from Columbia, NYU or Chicago. Northwestern granted me a 50% scholarship. That said, my choice at this moment is NWU.

Congrads!

So far I've heard about aid from Duke (also 50%) and form UPenn (0).

I'm really curious about pending scholarships.

I guess we will know soon...

Nothing yet. But it's only 8 am there, I guess. They'll hopefully be sending it out in the course of the day. Fingers crossed!

All other e-mails from Chicago were sent around COB in Chicago, if anything comes today I would expect it later in the day.
