Career services at NYU

rbp

I am trying to decide if to attend NYU LL.M. in tax next fall or to wait for a year as NYU gives you the option of deferring. Here is my question to anyone who currently attends the program or who spoke to the career services office about this. If the economy is still awful next year and big law does not interview, I am wondering if I will be able to interview the following year at the on-campus interviews as a recent graduate? Does anyone know what their policy is for a recent graduates?

Thanks,
rbp

Rbp, my underestanding is that from the batch of two years ago, effectively everyone had job offers. I hope that was helpful in giving you a feel of how generally sought after NYU's tax program graduates are (its tax program after all is one of the stronger ones in the US).

Though I'm not too sure what the market is today on tax - sorry 'bout that!
