Was wondering if a kind soul could help me out here. I want to know, whether for persuing an LLM at Univ of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) next Fall (2007) a Recommendation Form (signed by the Recommenders) and/or Transcript Request Form (signed by the Dean/Registrar) has to be submitted as part of the admissions process. Couldn't find anything on their website. Were there any such forms for 2006 Fall?

Anyone in the know please respond. Would be grateful.
