Now here is an interesting thought.....What happens if someone who gets a scholarship decides not to go or use the same.

Someone on the discussion mentioned about turning down the global hauser, I know someone who will not infact be going to NYU, he was given the vanderbilt.

Are these scholarships then given to the next best candidate?
