Hi there.
I have been facing some difficulties in order to understand the LSAC services, namely regarding the request of transcripts to academic institutions. Some of the institutions do not provide transcripts, but rather Certificates of Attendance (for instance, the Hague Academy of International Law), which are only issued once and given to the student at the end of the course period. In other cases, some institutions issue a Diploma which states both that the student concluded the course and also the marks that were awarded to her all in one single document, which is also issued only once.
The first question is: does LSAC process all these documents, or only transcripts?
Secondly, in these cases, in which the institution does not normally issue a copy of the original document that was awarded only once in the past, how should I proceed in order to have these certificates and diplomas sent to LSAC? Do I need to ask every single institution to issue the certificates once again? Or is it sufficient to provide LSAC with publicly certified copies of each of these documents in my possession?
Thank you guys.
