has anyone going to columbia applied for a visa certificate yet. i didnt realize that getting an I 20 form would be such a long process.

hi srk.. I have not yet applied for I-20 form, but plan to do so soon.. by the way, have you applied with or without special service? the fees they are charging for special service are very high in my opinion..

i know ..its a bit much.....and such a long process....its going to take around 30 to 40 days just to get the I 20

Guys, the special service fee ist the amount FedEx would charge. The processing time at ISSO remains the same. I payed for it, just to be sure, it'll arrive as soon as possible. I guess it's a never-ending story, this application process... :-)
