I have received a partial scholarship from BU. none from georgetown, fordham... not considering the rest now.. But i am badly waiting for nyu.. As of now, I am not sure whether i shud give up on my BU scholarship for georgetown... Highly confused!! :(

@ Baluza... i did apply.... but sadly got a rejection....

Now i am highly confused between BEnjamin Cardozo and Franklin Pierce.... both for IP programs. After scholarships both the universities would cost me more or less same.... :( Damn..!!

rkv: i've heard franklin pierce isn't that great. between benjamin cardozo and pierce, cardozo would be a better option.

I dont know is it worth doing it from there...
a current student told me that it would be of use only if I had science or engineering background.
I have commerce background...
should I enroll...???

@K: Most prolly accept. No schol is the main issue but I hear the corporation law course is very good there! What courses have u applied 4 in NYU, UMich and BU?

@pterion: I have applied for traditional LLM in NYU, American Law in BU and general LLM in UMich.. But my concentration would be business and/or corporate laws..

Hey, GWU IPR LLM is very good! If your area of interest is specifically IPR, then go for GWU. They also offer a lot of aid - so please ask them if they can fund you. If you get aid, you should really take GWU. They have a commercial/corporate leaning, so you stand a pretty good chance at the job market as well.
again, the science background helps only for patent drafting (not even litigation) but is not a requirement. there are other areas of law. Ppl with a law bakground are also admitted!! so don't worry. As long as you enjoy studying IPR law, you shouldn't think twice about GWU. And yes, PLEASE ASK for aid!
