Is there anyone still being on a waitlist?

If there is someone who got admission and currently have a reason not to study an LLM in this upcoming fall, is it too late for the lawschool to call someone on the waitlist (if there is any) to replace the seat.

I know the regular term will begin this August and there are a lot of things to prepare. Is it too late for now or in the next few days?
