I am a foriegn trained attorney interested in LL.M. in TAX LAW and enrolling this fall in the U.S. Any prospects of landing a job
after graduation? Do I stand a better chance?

where are you doing your LLM program?
do you mean to ask what your job prospects are after graduation in terms of the united states? or your home country? if the united states, which state are you inquiring about?
do you stand a better chance for what? getting a job in tax after getting a tax LLM? probably. do you stand a better chance at getting a job as a lawyer in the US than a foreign trained lawyer without a LLM? probably not.
have you passed a bar exam in the united states?
there are many many many many unemployed american law school graduates in all of the major cities right now. so i would think it is extremely difficult for a foreign trained person to get a job in an american law firm, as american JD students haven't been able to do so in many cases. if you get your JD from an american school (instead of a LLM) i think your chances are much much better.
