Do people know different summer programs other than the Georgetown Foundation's which is, as far as I know, only open to people joining Georgetown's LL.M. program and Fulbright fellows? Many Thanks!!

I'm not exactly sure what you're searching for, but I know Duke offers something similar which is open to non-Duke students:
