I would say between those three universities, UIUC is best. If I had a scholarship to UIUC, I would pick them without hesitation. I guess it depends on your specific area of study and what type of living environment you prefer. Fordham is in New York City, so living expenses will be extremely high. UIUC is in a small town so it will be more affordable. AU is in Washington, D.C., so living expenses will also be quite high. UIUC is pretty much a college town, whereas NYC and DC are big cities with colleges. UIUC offers internships. I'm sure the others do as well, but I have no first-hand knowledge of that. As for UIUC, the international office invites law firms to Champaign to meet with LL.M. students.
