Wondering what my chances are at UF, Miami and NW with the following numbers:

3.45 GPA, Top 20% at Tier 3
Law Review Experience
litigation clerkships (both summers)

I'm just now taking my first tax classes: Fed. Inc. Tax I, Estate Planning and Business Planning. Obviously I'm concerned that this puts me at a significant disadvantage. What say you? Thanks guys/gals.
