Hello does anyone knows what are the main points admission takes in consideration for admission? I know GPA is a big one but if I don’t have a perfect GPA can I get in?

A low GPA can make things difficult at a few schools but it shouldn't prevent you from applying to any of them in particular. I think strong letters of recommendation, extracurriculars, resumé and personal statement can offset your GPA, especially if you have a few years of work experience. Don't stress it, just apply.
