Did anyone update their resume/cv to Berkeley? How did you do it? Was there any positive response received?

I have some updates and I know it is okay to notify and send the updated cv to NYU.
NYU said in its email:
"If there is a change to any of the facts given on your application or in the supporting materials, please contact us at law.grad.moreinfo@nyu.edu to update your file. Additional academic results must be reported by sending an official transcript to LSAC. Any additional information will be considered by the Committee if received before a final decision is reached."

However, Erin Weldon from Berkeley only said that
"Given the large number of applications we receive, we ask that you refrain from requesting status updates or otherwise contacting us unless the matter is urgent."
It said 'no' to concerns over status updates but indicated nothing about additional information to resume/cv or new academic results.

I am not sure if it's okay to send Berkeley the update, but the update may make me more competitive. Could you please give me some advice? Thanks!

If you view that the new updates would make your application more competitive, I think you should send them to Berkeley as soon as possible. At least you can say that you have tried your best for the time being. Who knows you might receive a positive decision from them. You might regret it later if not doing so.

Also check your school tracking no. on your application status checker, if u see the 10-digit number appear on it, then it means that you have been admitted. And the admission email will follow soon. Good luck!

May I ask how do you know this? My application status was changed to "under review" a few days after offers have already been made to people. It seems from last year's data that offers were made throughout the month?
