I've heard U of Chicago and NYU have strong programs in the field.

I would definately look for a professor with an economics background. The former SEC general counsel, among others, teaches Antitrust at Columbia. He is very good at both the law and practical policy. I'm not sure whether he would be ideal for analyzing theory.
