I belive most of us have sent out applications and will have to endure the tortuous wait till Feb-Mar. considering that some are experiencing anxiety pangs, thought id share a note of optimism and welcome others to commiserate.
chuck norris doesnt go hunting - he goes killing. hunting assumes the possibility of failure. killing is a certainity.
this is a borrowed line and credit goes to my friend who borrowed the line as well.
we are all 'taking admission' into colleges of our first preference. we are not applying.
on that note.
QED.
A bit of optimism

lol at the quotes.
I need some of this positive energy. The wait is really bad. Even though I know most schools won't decide until February/March, I am still anxious. I guess its human nature.

anxiety makes you feel alive :-)
I believe this website only increases the anxiety ("oh, he is already accepted", "oh, he already submitted his application", "damn, that seems to be a great profile of guy X") as most of us still have to wait more than 3 months before receiving that ultimate letter.

I totally agree. I think my anxiety has increased since I discovered this website. It frustrating when you apply regular circle and people in early reviews get admitted. But its all good. If we are meant to get in, we will.

am with all on the anxiety bit.
i consciously avoided the early review option - didnt want the news of a rejection to weigh me down till march next year. but, all the same am looking forward to jan. some of the colleges state that admission details will start from mid jan on a rolling basis.
i believe that there is an arab proverb that says, may you live in interesting times.
boy, this time is extremely interesting.
