I was supposed to attend Cornell in a few weeks, but for reasons beyond my control, I had to withdraw my offer of admission. I had already signed a lease so the place that I was supposed to live at is now free. It is a really nice one bedroom apartment right downtown in a beautiful house. It is a 3 block walk to the bus shelter, and the bus will take u straight to the school. FYI - bus passes for LL.M. students are free. All in all, it should only be about a 15 minute commute. The apartment is very big, and the rent is only $680/month plus electric (which is like $20 extra). The rent includes heat. The rental unit is very under priced so you are getting a great deal. I would just like to enquire what grades did you get to get into Cornell please. Its my dream university. I am currently studying in the UK at a mid range university and I have a "B" average which puts me in the top 20 percent of my year. Your replies much appreciated.
