Hi Guys,
I was supposed to attend Cornell in a few weeks, but for reasons beyond my control, I had to withdraw my offer of admission. I had already signed a lease so the place that I was supposed to live at is now free. It is a really nice one bedroom apartment right downtown in a beautiful house. It is a 3 block walk to the bus shelter, and the bus will take u straight to the school. FYI - bus passes for LL.M. students are free. All in all, it should only be about a 15 minute commute. The apartment is very big, and the rent is only $680/month plus electric (which is like $20 extra). The rent includes heat. The rental unit is very under priced so you are getting a great deal. For more info, you can contact Certified Properties of Tompkins County Inc. at 607-273-1669. The address is 326 N. Geneva St (the apartment is on the 2nd floor).
If anyone is interested, you can also PM me and I can send you pictures of the house for you to see. For everything else, you need to go through the Property Management company.

First, many thanks for your email. Then let me tell you that I would be very interested if, by any chance, Cornell offered me a place in their LL.M class (I am still waitlisted).
Kind rgds.

Hello,
I would just like to enquire what grades did you get to get into Cornell please. Its my dream university. I am currently studying in the UK at a mid range university and I have a "B" average which puts me in the top 20 percent of my year. Your replies much appreciated.
