hi! just wanted to know approximately how much can one earn while pursuing a BCL/LLM at Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, UCL, etc. am wondering if i don't get a scholarship/fee waiver would it be possible to afford a BCL/LLM?

How much can you earn? I'm not sure what you mean here, but it is strongly recommended that readers do not work. It may even be forbidden.
Fees? Check out the web-site. It is not that hard to find - but I think it is roughly 15,000 GBP for tuition and a further 9,000 for general living expenses, assuming you are there for 12 months. If you are there for less then perhaps take a percentage of this
