I have applied to five LLM programs: NYU, Fordham, Leiden, University College of London, and the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights (part of the University of Geneva). I got into the program in Geneva but I have not heard back from the rest.
The one in Geneva appeals to me because I speak French (not fluent but good). While I will be studying in English just by living in Geneva I will be able to improve my French. Second there are a lot of organizations based in Geneva that I could try and find work at after I finish.
If I got into all five which one is the best for public international law.
Which Public International Law Program should I choose?

I can only speak about UCL,,which is an excellent program!!
but i do agree with you that the one in geneva is good because you can improve your french and study in english at the same time and there are many int. organizations there so i think its a good option too!

if you're interested in humanitarian law or human rights, the geneva academy is the best choice, it has arguably the best faculty in the field

I agree with hejonas. I am focused in PIL and therefore heading to the graduate institute of geneva. The academy is part of the institute and all my friends having their degrees there have achieved to get great jobs in UN related agencies. Geneva is smaller that London (obvious) but a very nice and extremely international city. The faculty is very good and you will be exposed to the world. Good luck with your decision!
