I'm an American currently working in Asia. I would like to do my LLM in London, and I am having trouble finding out which one is the best one.

I would like to specialize in Finance or Banking law if possible.

If you're just looking at the Guardian's Law School Table, these are the London schools in the top 10:

QMUL
LSE
UCL
KCL

But these aren't LLM rankings, really, so I wouldn't necessarily put them in this order.

Since you have a topic area you'd like to focus on, I'd look closely at the specialisations that each school offers, and see which one appeals to you. KCL's and UCL's finance and banking specializations are internationally-focused, for instance.
