University suggestions.

I'm from Pakistan and I've recently finished my LL.B with an overall percentage of 80% from a Pakistani university. I'm looking forward to pursue a LL.M degree in England.
I know that admissions to universities like Cambridge, Oxford, LSE are closed. If I wait to apply next year, do I have any hopes of getting an offer from the above mentioned universities? Or, should I apply to other universities this year?

Secondly, I've been asked to write a personal statement. I have no idea what to write in it. Please advise me.

Help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Is 80% top 5-6% of your class? If yes, you should certainly give Oxbridge and LSE a shot next year. Google "statement of purpose".
