I want to apply for an llm in international commercial law at UCL for the 2009-2010 academic year. can i still send my application in april? when is the deadline? plz can someone answer me?

UCL website's says the following:
Please note that we will begin processing applications for 2009-2010 on 15 October 2008.

I did not read anything about the deadline for this year but i guess its June like last year. This is what it says on FAQ's about the deadline to apply for the 2008-2009 period.

2. Is there a deadline for applying?
Applicants must ensure that their LL.M application is received by the UCL Admissions Office by 30th June 2008 if they would like to be considered for 2008 entry.

So I guess the deadline is also around 30 june 2009 but remember it depends on whether there are any places left,,i suggest you to call ucl admissions to find out if your course is full or not.
